Supervision is an integral part of the wonderful work we do. It should be a supportive, reflective and holistic space where we as therapists can share, learn, practice and build confidence in our practice to maintain the well-being of ourselves and fundamentally our clients.

I currently offer 1:1 supervision via video consultation to qualified and trainee CBT therapists working with commmon mental health disorders. I specialise in a trauma focused approach although I am not currently able to offer EMDR supervision or CBT supervision for eating disorders, severe and enduring mental illness or children and adolescents. During a supervision session with me you can expect a healthy mix of case discussion and formulation, skills practice and personal reflection. Similar to my therapeutic approach, I lean into identifying and maximising your individual style to help you grow into a truly authentic and confident clinician.

Although firmly grounded in the evidence-base, I promote clinical creativity and am always happy to share ideas and work flexibly to find ways forward when you feel stuck, burnt out or are noticing something different in the room. I have completed my Supervisors Training with the University of Reading and have had great joy in supervising their PGDip trainees over the years. I care deeply not only about our clients’ but also our own emoitonal well-being and uphold that good practice is not only about what you are doing but who is doing it and how it is being done.

If this approach speaks to you and you would like to see if we are compatible, please contact me or use the BOOK button to proceed straight to booking a welcome chat or supervision session.

Individual supervision sessions are charged at £80 per hour. CTS-R rated sessions are available on request.
