    Resilient Minds Psychotherapy collects information about you to support the safe and lawful assessment and treatment services you have requested. I do not collect any information about you unless it is voluntarily provided or collected from a referring individual or organisation such as a GP, insurance company or another healthcare provider. You may be required to share certain information with me for the provision of professional treatment (therapy), and for me to communicate with you in relation to the services you have requested or to make a payment.

  3. How do I use the information that I collect?

    Resilient Minds Psychotherapy does not share any data with third party organisations. Your information is used to communicate with you and provide the therapy services described on this website. I may, at times, share information with your consent with other healthcare providers given there is a lawful and legitmate reason to do so.

  4. How do I store and share the information that I collect?

    I am committed to ensuring the security of your personal information in accordance with GDPR rules. Some of the ways your information is stored securely include;

    Use of initials only on any written notes stored in a locked cabinet.
    Emails are stored in my password protected business email account. Please note, emails are not secure and you may prefer to communicate sensitive information in person. My smartphone and computer are both password protected and use 2 factor authentication.
    Telephone numbers may be stored on my password protected business SIM identifiable by initials only.
    I do not keep personal information for longer than necessary and emails are deleted regularly. In accordance with my legal obligations and professional registration I am required to retain administrative information for up to seven years.

  5. What are your rights?
    Under GDPR you have several key rights regarding your data. these inlcude;

    ii.Right to Rectification: You can ask me to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
